Eric Balmer named Chief Administrative Officer for Artis—Naples


Artis—Naples announced the appointment of Eric Balmer as Chief Administrative Officer. Balmer joins Artis—Naples from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), where he worked for nearly 20 years, most recently as Executive Director. Since 2005, Balmer has been part of FGCU’s strategic expansion, focusing on operations, events and guest experiences within the division of Administrative Services and Finance.


The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for a variety of key departments, including Event Services, Human Resources, Safety and Security and the Front of House teams, focusing on the organizational culture and experiences that define Artis—Naples for both internal and external constituencies.
